LIFT does a significant amount of work for one of Florida's largest land developers; the St. Joe Company (NYSE: JOE). One of their largest ongoing projects is the Watersound master-planned community. LIFT has developed and evolved a design aesthetic that might be described as "comfortable, approachable elegance and casual coast luxury". The style is attractive and functional, working effectively in both investor-facing and consumer-facing marketing collateral and digital communications.
